Sprout Child and Family Psychology does not offer a bulk-billed service. Referrals including those under a Mental Health Care Plan from you GP or Specialist mean that you can access a rebate, however there is still an out of pocket cost.
Please note that we do not offer services for families whom are involved with active Family Court matters.
Payments are expected on the day of service. Delays in payment will result in delays to the release of reports.

Eligible appointments may attract a Medicare rebate of $101.55 per session from 1 July 2026. A gap payment will apply. Private health rebates may also be available, depending on your level of cover.

Out of clinic visits and off-site appointments, priced per hour. Sessions will be billed to include both time for travel and time in session.
If, for some reason you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, we require 2 clear business days (48 hours) notice. Consideration will be taken into account for illnesses. or emergencies. If notice has not been given, or you fail to attend an appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee. . Failure to confirm an appointment may also result in that appointment time being cancelled and offered to another party. Multiple cancellations will trigger a review of the booked appointments.
